I recently bought tile there though a contractor who’s brother is the manager, I believe the manager was helpful and knowledgeable so we bought several products there, probably close to 4K dollars then came the nightmare, the contractor did a very poor job of installing the wall tile and a even worse job of installing the shower floor tile, he states the walls were crooked and went on to blame the

Very friendly, treated me with the upmost respect. She went out of her way to show me different tiles and I wasn't rushed. Very patient... I would give 10 stars if I could. My dad set tile for over 50 years so, naturally when it came to replace my old tile I didn’t want the popular laminate.
I walked next door and immediately felt judged and he didn’t even bother asking how he could help me.
