They are always really helpful here especially Shana. She is so sweet and we love working with her but everyone here is always been very helpful. They have a good selection and good prices and I recommend them.

If you have not been to Daltile in a while, please go there now! They have a great new look and a new designer that has excellent knowledge in their tile and other products there. I sent one of my customers there to pick out tile for a bathroom remodel. Kisha Facey, showroom designer, helped my customer to pick out all of the tile needed to make her remodel ideas come to life! She was able to give

We have been doing business with Daltile for over 20 yrs, and have never had any bad experiences with them. They are very courteous to their customers. we always deal with Ruben,Angel, Mike ,David etc.. they always seem to go the extra mile to try & help locate material when needed, they always let you know if there will be shipping charges on special order items & that there is no returns on made

Shana, the designer at this store, is excellent! She helped support our large flooring project where other stores could not. She is super knowledgeable and we highly recommend her and this store.

Horrible, made me wait for an hour. Skipped my turn. Big truck pulls in after they take my order and they perfer to unload the truck driver and not load me up. My order was small but they wanted to skip me for no reason. Had to go in and out of the office and WH 4 times.

Nice Employees and nice service.
But if you want to return less of four boxes of tile, they don’t allow it !!!!!!
