Their tile selections are pretty good. You will most likely find something that you like. Be aware that nothing in the showroom is priced. You make your selections based on your choices, not price. Be aware that those choices will cost you a fortune if you buy from them. Nothing in their showroom is budget friendly.

Kristi at the showroom side was very helpful and had some great ideas for our shower remodel. She brought out lots of samples and laid them out to see what they would look like together. They had a great selection of tile to choose from and the quality was a bit better than some of the other shops we have visited. FYI, they don't sell to the public so you'll need to work with a contractor with an

I walked in hoping an associate would engage. Instead she left the showroom and I was in there for 20 minutes. The whole place was empty. I was ready to spend big bucks for flooring. I guess I’ll go back to Floor and Decor. There are plenty of associates that want to help you.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Times are challenging but, "Please use this sanitizer, I have to clean everything that people touch" and then ignoring me for 30 minutes (I can be patient) is why I a writing my very first google review. I simply wanted sample of the tile we chose for our kitchen remodel (suggested by the company installing our floors/backsplash

Customer service was horrendous, browsed their showroom which had limited selection for over 30min, finally had to asked for help, very rude sale people, will not be back, advise going to a different place. Wish there was an option negative stars.

Scott and Mike are real douchebags to deal with. They act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. My advice- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
ANYWHERE ELSE. I will spend my thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. With the way retail is going now-a-days, these guys better step their game up. I won't be returning, or referring anyone to go here.

Staff was friendly and patient with me in making decisions.
