The gentleman at the front desk is nice; the ma’am that works the desk is a bit snappy and rude. We purchased approx $2k in tile, we returned a few boxes and were advised contradicting information. We called and told we could return with a $30 dollar stocking fee. Upon arrival, the lady seemed perturbed that we were returning and told my wife it was not allowed. I purchased a home in December 2018 which had tile from Daltile. After move in we noticed our tile had little bubbles and cracks throughout the home, on the shower walls, and the dog shower. Our builder went back to Daltile to see about correcting the issue. Kathy was extraordinary! She took the time to help us review our tile selections for our new build, along with selecting the perfect grout color. She is knowledgeable and understanding. She turned a very stressful experience to a fun one!

Make sure you order just the right amount, they don’t accept returns on unopened items.

I work in the healthcare industry and understand the process of being cautious of temperature check. But don’t turn us away when you have us waiting out side for 10 minutes in 96 degree weather while you take your precious time in unlocking your door. Did you really expect our temperatures to be cool and breezy? Very poor care for customers, will definitely not return here!!! Highly recommend for

They have great customer service and they take care of me and my company, always looking out for our interest, they place our orders on time and they arrive on schedule. They are always happy to help us especially to come up with a solution on a problem at our jobsite.

Customer service and inside sales were outstanding. Hard to find grout colors readily available and technical service second to none. One of my new go to places for tile installation products

We walked in and there was nobody around. We could see a man on the phone and a woman in the ofice. We stayed 20 min and still nobody came out. Won't ever go there again. Bad customer service. I woulndt give any stars but it wont let u post unless u have one.
