Horrible customer service experience at the front desk, sarcastic people, non-customer service oriented, they don’t know what they’re doing, no training, when you walk in here, the look the front desk people will give you is that of why you came to the store to bother them? You will feel more comfortable purchasing at a gas station or Walmart.. but the difference here is that we are buying from th

I own a local business, and pick up large orders here every day for years , and I used to hate coming here. It's has changed ! The place is awesome. Derrick , who runs the warehouse is great, all my orders are correct, nicely wrapped. Arturo and Daniel are awesome. The manager, Josh and his new crew have this location under control !

I pick up from the place almost everyday. The workers there are always willing to help on issues they are able to help on. Arturo is the main guy who jumps through hoops to make sure an order is done right and that all problems are resolved as soon as possible. Mr. Arturo helped me couple weeks ago when I came by on behalf of my contractor. He was readily available to help me out and answer all my questions after my contractor didn’t give me enough details. I was in and out so quickly thanks to the great service from Arturo and team. Thanks y’all.

Daltile service center in Carrollton. Arturo was a lifesaver for me today. I was 3 tiles short of completion of a master bathroom remodel. Arturo utilized all his sources to find me 4 tiles at the Dallas showroom. This service center has excellent reps and always tries to address and resolve any issues. Thanks again Arturo!
