Truck driver here starts at 7 am overnight in the dock area or street I lined up for the dock area in the back cuz cars get here in the way , and it’s tight took me a few to get right in here super nice people tamdes to the back because dock high

A huge thank you to Nicky Arnold for all of her help when we went to Daltile over a week ago to pick out tile for our walk-in shower (our current GB has fiberglass). Nicky was absolutely AMAZING! She made the process very easy, I told Nicky the look I wanted, and she made it happen. She even drew a picture for me at my request to see how the shower would look. Nicky is definitely a great asset

Nicky Arnold is the absolute very best to work with. She has made my experience so easy. Great explanations, Great suggestions and just so very helpful. Nicky has a wonderful attitude and just feels like a friend. Dal is lucky to have her. I appreciate Nicky very much!!!!

Nicky Arnold was amazing! I told her what color scheme I had in mind and she nailed it! I loved all the choices she showed me! We got so much accomplished in a little amount of time! She went above and beyond!

My contractor sent me to Daltile, I walked in right before they were about to close and Nicky Arnold asked if she could help me. She could tell I was stressed out and I had no idea where to begin. Very shady business practice. They do not sell materials at the prices quoted. They add a 4.5% Transportation Fee, even if you pick up. I asked what it was for and was told they always just add it and have always done that. So why isn't it reflected in the prices rather than lie about the price to get you to order and then add fees after you already have contractors lined up and just have to pay i

Extremely professional. Great showroom rep with a great eye for design and accent. The other guys behind the desk are busy doing work so leave them to it, they are on the clock and are making things happen, so don't expect them to tell you how to install tile or talk about the weather. Know what you want, do your research before hand (or at least have a rough idea) and you will have a great experi

Had to buy grout for ceramic tile replacement and they were only one that had it. In and out in 5 minutes. Very professional and fast.
