Bought tile a month ago and have the receipt. Here at the warehouse trying to pick up the tile. Been told someone in Dallas needs to sign a release. It's been an hour. It's my tile, it's been payed for. This incompetence is beyond stupid. The order is for Kevin Bohm, I'm installing the tile.

Excellent deign center staff and tile options. I highly recommend this location and have shopped there for years!

Such an unwelcoming staff at pickup counter that seem miserable. But at least the forklift guy was awesome.
