Avoid this place at all costs!!
11:17 am Checked in, for a 2 pm appointment, got kicked out because apparently that is too early, and you can’t stay there until one hour before your appointment time.
1:42 pm Checked back in again.
4:09 pm got a dock.
8:15 pm didn’t get started loading yet, so i left.
Ohh and the ladies at office good luck with them, they are not talking lik

They took too much time to load.
Appointment time was 3:00 PM
Checked in at 12:30 PM
They told leave the facility and come back when 1 hour left ( i thought like costco )
But when i checked back in at 2:30 PM , they took like 10 good hours to get me loaded. ( Reality is like worst than Safeway )
Very Limited parking space here, which can accommodate 10 to 15 Trucks for staging.

Like every other place one picks up at. Show up 15 minutes before your appointment time, park in the way because there is no room to wait for a dock. Get honked at a few times while you shuffle around playing inverse tetris. You may or may not get a door in the next few hours. Seems like 1 hour to 2 hours is typical. It should be illegal to operate a warehouse like this. It probably is - seems like an OSHA violation factory. Pointless guard at entry. Check in at door 9 to be welcomed by Kiosks for you to enter your appointment info. If you’re more than an hour early for you appointment they will politely text you to please leave the premises and come back. Surrounding area is not truck friendly. Limited stagin

My appointment was 12:30 pm, just got started getting loaded @8pm restroom door don't lock an they don't have overnight.
All previous reviews are 100% accurate.

Wasn’t exactly on time to my pickup , check in gate made me feel alot better about the situation. Make sure GPS takes you to the 3rd gate , look for Gate 1. Have your PO# ready for the call box at the stop gate , they should give you a door to dock in. Follow right, then left . Shipping office is next to door 9 . Check @ Kiosk, bring ID . Provide your callback number ,when loaded , repeat procedur

Drivers, Don't come here especially for a live load you'll be here all day and they only let you check in half an hour before your appointment and the yard is tiny. If it's a live load, you go in gate 1 not gate 1A. Just love having to do a 90 just to back it into a space wait another 2 hours and then back it into another space total nightmare. Never again.

Have your license to check in & out at kiosk by door 9. GPS good, read signs to use gate 1A entrance. Extremely busy with tight parking spots, use caution. Driver checked in before me received door immediately; 1.5 hrs for my door. Loading took 45min, paperwork 20min. Good overall. Unable to rate 5, I didn't use bathroom for full review.
