Absolute class operation. You can tell this is a Fortune 500 company by the way they send Randy out in a gleaming late-model tandem axle box truck, freshly wrapped in corporate livery, to cruise the industrial parks asking if anyone has pallets they don't need. The truck probably cost more than my house. Real white-glove service.

Entrance is off of Buckner for pu/del.
Right turn into gate just before c f hawn. There's a pretty big sign saying semi truck entrance only for daltile. Trucks stay left for guardshack.

I guess they were running behind or what ever , they must of had it out for me..got here 2 hours before scheduled 2pm app, 1645 now ( I do my best to deliver people's products on time, some companies do not care about the driver, time wasted on the docks, time released into rush hour traffic)
All plays a roll in products delivery on time

You can park overnight on Kipling (map) in front of Far West and Post office overnight . Follow arrows to entrance gate is locked overnight. I believe the gate opens at 7a have pickup number ready and you will drop at dock.
Not a bad place, be polite you’ll get treated the same. 🙂 smile goes a long way

Look for the hand imogi to the enterance for pick up and deliveries. Your GPS shows the other enterance which is trucks are not allowed. I marked it with red X. Follow the hand to get the truck enterance. The security will check u in at the gate and u will have to drop whatever trailer you are bringing at the yard and proceed bob tail to through the gate towards the facility. Get inside the office

Worst place to go ever! It literally takes them approx 2 hours to pack an order being the only one there no one else waiting! God Forbid the wait time with other pick ups before ours! I even called them in advance to start putting it together and still am waiting here. Called at 2 pm it is now 4pm they close at 4:30 and I’m the only one here. Still not serviced. It is not the first time either!

As a truck drivers perspective. I had to give at least one star to write a review. They depend on outside trucking companies to move there products across the country to one warehouse from another. I have had more than one experience hauling there freight and the last one takes the cake. They gave me a 430 pm appt time to be loaded in Oklahoma. Was on the property at 1100 am. They finally put me
