Just got my brand new Alpine ILX-F509 bought and installed from Jerry and his team of great associates at Edinburg, D-tronics. I drove the extra 25 minutes from McAllen to get this type of great customer service. Unlike the customer service at McAllen, Jerry attended me quickly and hands down did a great job all together. I went in so they could install the window tint on my car.. They did a fantastic job and car looks really nice. Jerry Garcia was very professional and completely explained the different options to us and the other services that they provide.

I got a new car and needed a sound system so I came to Dtronics because they are my go to spot for all of my audio needs. I have had multiple vehicles worked on and none have disappointed. The service there is amazing! Cesar was considerate of every option and opinion I had about the package deal and worked with me in every aspect. Took a few days to get it back, but it was definitely worth the wait. Truck sounds amazing and very loud and clear. I loved the way they worked on it to make it sound great! Thanks to everyone in the D-Tronics in Edinburg I would definitely recommend 100%

We initially went to another location to purchase a sound system. Unfortunately, there were errors with the installation and setup, so we couldn't really play the music loud, and the speakers malfunctioned twice within two weeks. The second time, we stopped by the Edinburg location, where Cesar assisted us. He was attentive, took charge, and scheduled a thorough inspection. Everything was removed

Have been going to this Dtronics for all my vehicle purchases like window tint and sound system products. Never had a problem with any of them. Luis is my to go guy, he explains everything well on whats best with what I am wanting to buy. Overall everyone there is very professional and willing to help out with what you are looking for.
