I had a great experience at D&D Trailers, and it was all thanks to Jerry Bradley. From day one, Jerry was incredibly helpful and friendly. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was honest throughout the entire process. Don’t deal with these guys. No ethics, poor communication. Had a trailer listed online. Called on a Saturday and told Daryl we wanted to buy it. We were 4.5 hours away and they were closing. He said we could get it on Monday. When we arrived Monday they told us they took a deposit from someone else an hour before we got there. Then the manager said sorry nothing he can do. Bought a used trailer from D & D and had a nice experience from first phone call to driving off the lot. Darrell was very helpful and quick to respond on the phone. Chase was great help while picking out a trailer and explaining all the bells and whistles. Cassie was great taking care of the paperwork.
