I tell everyone that CZ flooring is the best kept secret in Seguin. Their selection and customer service is unparalleled. I bought tile and grout for my kitchen backsplash, bathroom floor and bathroom shower. I saved so much time (and gas) driving around trying to find the tile I wanted. I took photo's in and the young lady there quickly found comparable tile. I was able to take samples home to

Approach with caution. Remodel done in 2015. Bathroom, flooring and kitchen. Bathroom and flooring have failed. In spite of multiple attempts; email , phone calls, physical visits, the owner will not call us or repair any of the failed work. Now paying another contactor $6000 to fix. be very careful.

We did a full remodel on our home and our contractor recommended CZ Floors. We spent over 20k with them and they won't come out and fix a HUGE gap near our island, it's such an eye soar and noticeable to everyone who walks in. We've called, we've gone into the office and NO one will fix it!!! This is my last resort before small claims court, we spent too much money to just let this go. Be warned a

I did extensive research on carpet and tile companies a few months ago and settled on CZ Floors because they gave me the best deal. We started with replacing our carpet in our family room and master bedroom. We are extremely pleased with the quality of carpet, the excellent installation, and the look. I waited a couple months to review to make sure I had time to live in the house and really look at the work. It's still on par with my expectations! I bought an older house and had a limited amount of time to move in before my lease expired. We chose CZ Floors based on a recommendation. We are so glad we did! The flooring is beautiful and the final product is exactly what we had hoped for. The staff is very helpful when choosing the colors and they went above and beyond making sure we were happy with the entire installation process. We highly recommend CZ Floors.

Did not complete a job and left all my stair end caps falling off. Chad said he would repair and/or replace them but now Will not return my call. Its been a year now and still have not come out to fix them.
