Dane at CW Floors was first rate as was his crew from VIP headed by Pedro who did the installation of our tile that resembles hardwood. They replaced carpet and two guest bedrooms and bathroom tile which came out to meet a marble flooring. Dane was amazing and helping us match a tile that would complement the marble. Philip’s service was excellent. He helped us replace carpeted stairs and upstairs walkway with wood. He got the work done very quickly and they did a beautiful job. The wood stairs look like they’ve always been there, as well as the upper walkway. The carpeting similarly is beautiful and well-installed. I replaced the carpet in the hall and guest bedroom with 8" x 36" grain tile. It looks better than I ever imagined, should have done it years ago. Dane was great to work with, his knowledge and suggestions were spot on. Lesson to be applied in the future - when picking out a grout, tell the salesperson the width of the grout between tiles. From ordering 3 bags of grout, I had 2 1/2 bags unused

Bought several ceiling fans and lights for our remodel. Our Sales Consultant, Brooklyn, was fantastic. She took as much time as needed and went through countless options with us. Great experience overall and we will use them again!
