We had a super experience with Greg and team on our pool build. Kolby, the pool designer, listened to our wishes and designed the perfect pool for use. Greg and the construction team met all scheduled deadlines and kept us apprised of project progress throughout the build. I would definitely recommend COT.

We are very pleased with the overall quality,service,cost and customer service. My family have no complaints and we enjoy our pool year around. We even use COT pool cleaning service. Chris is AMAZING!!! We really enjoyed the process of seeing our backyard turn into a tropical oasis.

We had Custom Outdoor trends design and build our pool and fire pit. Unfortunately, we started construction at the beginning of the pandemic which caused it to be a long and drawn out process that took a total of 12 months, but all pool companies were having similar challenges. We got several bids to build our pool when we built our home 3 years ago. Craig’s personal involvement in the process made Custom Outdoor Trends the clear choice. We have been very happy with our pool. We had an issue with one of the lights this summer that we couldn’t seem to get resolved and Craig got involved and handled it quickly! COT refinished our pool in 2024. Very unhappy with the final finish since it doesn't look at all like the sample we were shown (see attached photos). Our contact, Greg, tells us this is "normal" but is difficult to believe. We were also told that COT closed down in the middle of August, 2024 but we've not yet confirmed that.

Finally after 3 years working with Troy designing our backyard paradise it is complete! Jay was on top of everything and made sure everything was complete and since completion Chris has been great to work with while servicing our pool weekly. We can’t wait to finally enjoy our new pool this summer. Custom Outdoor Trends did an amazing job!☀️🌴

We had a great experience with Greg and his team with our pool reno. They redid the coping and redid the spa face along with replaster and added a compass rose where a tree well used to be. They were very flexible around our schedule and Greg was alway responsive. Would definitely recommend Greg and team.
