ABC "attempted" to install a floating floor and then they "attempted" to repair their efforts but they abandoned the job and I had to have it fixed by a competent contractor who fixed the entire thing correctly in-- one day. ABC (Frank the owner and his assistant-- Erika) do not communicate via phone or text which makes everything all the more difficult. This flooring, by the way, was also in st

TOOK OUR MONEY AND LEFT IT UNCOMPLETED. Before leaving and not coming back workers tried stealing fixtures !
