Absolutely loved working with Crystal Falls Flooring! They responded to requests quickly and the guys who came to fix our carpet were great! They even vacuumed after they were done. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about John and his team! We hired them based on a recommendation from a friend and the entire process from beginning to end was completely painless. We had some issues with our insurance but John was patient and helpful during the delay, helping us decide which flooring to choose and getting us all of the paperwork we needed. Very happy with Crystal Falls Flooring. They’ve done my floors as well as my sister and Dad’s floors. They did an excellent job on all 3 houses and at a great price. Since doing our floors John and team have been super responsive and helpful for a variety of needs. Cant recommend Crystal Falls Flooring enough!

Crystal Falls did a fantastic job replacing our carpet with wood floors. We were on a short timeline and Kyle promptly provided us with a quote and an install date. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch. The office staff was extremely nice and offered to go above and beyond to accommodate our timeline and travel schedule. We will definitely use them again.

Absolutely enjoyed working with Crystal Falls Flooring and their rep, Kyle. We know nothing about flooring and Kyle was very responsive and thorough with all our questions. We got laminate and tile work done in our house and it looks fantastic. Really appreciated working with them 10/10 would recommend

Our Sales Rep, Kyle, was courteous, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. We had a stressful insurance repair and he not only provided expert guidance, but also went into detail about the pros and cons of different flooring materials. For install, he was able to do it a day earlier than scheduled and also personally inspected. I 200% recommend Crystal Falls Flooring!!

John and his team did a fantastic job working with us on replacing carpeting in our home. We had some high standards on the carpeting we wanted, and John spent the time to review styles, durability, warranty info and more with us.
