Trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my membership. I cannot get any information from anyone. I’m sure the gym itself is fine and the staff do a wonderful job. I now live over 400 miles away from this location. The availability of any kind of customer support is an area they can easily improve with a email or phone number that’s not an AI generated representative.

Love this gym. Open 24/7, great equipments with sauna and other perks. Shout-out to Clay for keeping the facility clean. Your hard work and presence is inspiring!

If/when a machine goes down, it stays down for what seems like forever. They do not get in any hurry to repair things. Couple of them stay unusable for that reason. Also, and this is kinda odd but they seem to wait to clean the men's showers and bathrooms until sometime at or in-between the hours of 7-830,,,,, every morning. And the issue is it's always a female so she tries to keep it closed the

I feel like they preyed on me and I cant seems to get in touch with a manager . The person at front desk defends the gym with no regards to me or my felings. Telling me what I cant do or what they cant do for me . All I wanted was to talk to a manager for the 2nd time in 2 months and was promised a call today still no manager contacted me today.. but they charged my credit on time everytime just

9.99 plus the tax 12 then the annual fee 65 also your annual fee is due in 60 days. Its called crunch fitness because they crunch your wallet. Same deal at any time fitness. Its slowly turning into California

I don’t live in this area anymore and I emailed about cancelling my membership in December. Was told they would do it through email and I would just be charged one more time. It is now June and I’m still being charged. No one answers the phone when I call and my emails have been ignored ever since February, where he claimed I never confirmed that they were charging the correct card. I replied with

Now I live in Austin. I tried to cancel my membership from here. They told me I had to do it in person, which is super bad because I would have to travel 5 hours just to cancel. I called them, they couldn't help me. The Crunch Fitness Austin staff told me that if I sent them a letter, I could cancel without having to travel there, and that's what I did. I sent them a letter with all my information

I’ve been going to Crunch Fitness for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a really solid experience. The gym is kept decently clean, not spotless, but definitely better than a lot of other gyms I’ve tried. The equipment is usually in good working condition, and I rarely have to wait around to use machines, which is a big plus.
The vibe in the gym is welcoming, and there’s a good mix of people
