Horrible Horrible !!!!!! I placed an order at 11:44 am and the said it would be delivered at 12:12 then I get a cancelled order from DoorDash I guess that is what Crumbl uses to deliver. So I wait no response that my order was going to be refunded or to try to redeliver. Called the store in Euless on the 7th try I finally get an answer and Brad helped me and was very helpful. He said my order was

The cookies are always great here but my daughter and I stood up front for 5 minutes before either of the employees acknowledged our existence. If we hadn’t already ordered and paid online I would have walked out.

I wanted to see what all the hype was about and decided to treat my family to Crumbl cookies.
Super easy and convenient using the app and curbside pickup.
It took less than five minutes for my curbside cookie delivery. The guy was super friendly and nice.

Crumbl never disappoints! It’s always so clean and tidy and smells amazing and the staff is so sweet and welcoming! I’ve never had a bad experience here! The cookies are always so incredible!

Customer service was amazing. They were very Upbeat, polite great customer service cookie was amazing. Definitely gonna come back here and bring friends.

Came to pick up my order that was for 6pm, 610 and not one person asked if I needed help another customer came in behind me and was helped first. she asked me how long I had been waiting then customer was like "you still haven't helped this person" And the workers remark was "yeah I know" my cookies had been sitting on the counter and she has the nerve to give them to me melted cause they sat so
