This has to be my favorite flooring store in Victoria that I’ve been to. Very easy to work with and very clean. They were kind and efficient. Got a deal on our floors… great overall exercise. The people in the flooring store showroom had a lot of knowledge about flooring products. Installers were on time and prepared.

Getting the proposal was great/easy. Scheduled the appt and I waited all day for them to come. I had to reach out to them to find out what time they were coming, every time they were hours past the estimated arrival time. Which was multiple times throughout the day. Every time I called they were still on a previous job. Which is perfectly fine. Things happen, and take longer, but no communication

Great experience. We worked with the salesperson, Danni, who showed me my options within the list of "must haves" that I gave her and with an eye on my budget. No pressure, no stress. She was very helpful-- she even let me take some tiles home to look at them over the weekend. The installed tiles look fantastic. My experience with CRT couldn't have been better. The entire process was quick and simple. I feel like the ladies in the office understood what we wanted out of our carpet and suggested the perfect product. We absolutely love the look and the feel of our carpet and get compliments every time someone new walks in! Great job, CRT!

From initial consultation to the installation everything went smoothly. Very happy with the pricing because I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Team came out the next business day to install everything for us.

I was in search of one box of tile to finish a job. The thing was that I had bought the tile two years prior. I was very pleased to be helped by a young lady that remembered the tile but it had been discontinued. She went out of her way to call the manufacturer and find the last two boxes in the country as far as she knew. I purchased both and was very pleased.
