Has to be one of the most inconsistent company that is lacking in basic communication skills that I have encountered in a while. I sent a warranty claim with Century communities November of 2025. Long story short, I still do not have a floor. Wayne, the original claim was for two or three planks. Currently having the worst experience with this company. Specifically the vinyl flooring dept. They were supposed to come do some warranty repairs on flooring because they weren’t installed right the first time. This company did our floors in our new build we purchased through Lennar. The work has been sloppy, glue left all over the floor. This is the second time I’ve scheduled them to come out and clean up the glue. The first time it looked like the issue was fixed but the glue was still there, eventually showing back up. New tile in entire house. None of the rooms are level, all floors are uneven. None of my furniture sit flat anymore as it did in my cheap rental home. The trim gaps range from none to 1/4 inch on any given wall. They rushed at the end and now don't respond to my warranty dept calls. Run away and find a better company.

Well, here it goes. I have a new home purchased through Lennar. CRT had to replace areas of my flooring twice now because I had some planks sticking up and some bubbling. Do NOT use! I have been trying for over 10 months to have my floors fixed on a NEW home. Five different home visits from CRT works, each looked at work and stated it is "too big to fix". I had one CRT inspector look at my flooring and agree "this is embarrassing" but nothing has been done. Recently, found out CRT closed out all work orders stating they have completed work when NOTHING was done
