DO NOT USE FOR INSTALL SERVICE. Products are great, but tile installation and customer service are terrible. Had CRT install tile on our stair treads and tile landings and paid over $5,000 to get it done in March 2024. Over a year later and we completely regret having CRT do the install. They messed up every single cut around door frames, cut the existing carpet too short on thresholds, even a

Excellent flooring store with great customer service. They have been a dream to work with. We had been waiting for months for another provider but CRT Flooring was able to deliver in just days. Very happy with the flooring installation too!

Our salesman was great. He worked with my busy schedule and really helped me find the best flooring. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If we are shopping for flooring again in Laredo this is where we will go!
