We had quite complicated problem with our standing faucet, which installed just a bit over a year ago. The faucet was installed pretty badly at the beginning by our 1st contractor, who we fired them. After that we had an experienced plumber reinstalled the faucet and it had been working great since then. Anyway, recently we had a construction in our house and for some reason the problem showed up

Paul was excellent to work with. He took the time to clearly explain the scope of my main line issue and made sure I understood my options. Crow’s Plumbing is outstanding. I had a serious leak—approximately 100 gallons per hour—in the pipe between the meter and my house. They responded immediately and provided a fair, transparent price.

Good service. Knowledgeable, Professional and courteous. Other supposedly knowledgeable and experienced plumbers said they could not perform the work (???). Crow came out and did the work, no problem obstacles or issues. And they did the work for what I consider a fair price. Crow is my plumbing service from here forward.

Brock was here within 2 hours of us discovering a leak. He was friendly and thorough. Even though it was not easy to find, it was quickly fixed. He kept us in the loop of what he was doing, with good explanations of everything. We're very happy!

The plumber arrived on time but that was about all I liked about this company. I do not post reviews often. The only reason I am doing this one is because the company sent it to my email. The plumber was MUCH more interested in presenting his sales pitch for items that WERE NOT the reason he was called. He would not deviate from the script.
