Fantastic customer service! Mason walked us through everything we would need and answered all our questions. Justin the installer was here to get started within about a week. They did a BEAUTIFUL job replacing our above the ground pool. We absolutely love it and we are so Happy we came to you guys for all of your professional help. Definitely A++++++ 😊

We are extremely satisfied with Crown Pools. Mason the Sales Manager answered every question. Mr. Mendez the pool installer was amazing. On time or early, communication was excellent and he did a great job leveling part of our rock/forest for the installation. The electrician was great two. We are enjoying our pool. I highly recommend them.

My pool cleaner broke. I took it to Crown Pools since they were recommended by the manufacturer. Mason was very knowledgeable. He tested the cleaner and solved this issue quickly. He even helped locate my serial number so that I could get warranty coverage on the part that was needed. Good customer service and fast diagnosis!

Always ready to answer questions in person or over the phone followed by the absolute best customer service hands down. Don’t bother shopping around to get a better price to maybe save a few dollars anywhere else. Mason and the rest of the crew at Crown Pools Desoto will definitely take the time to sell you exactly what you need at reasonable price.

Crown Pool DeSoto, keep doing what you’re doing. Mason, the sales manager, is extremely professional and helpful. He most definitely is an asset to this location.
I recently had an issue with my pool cleaning robot and he was able to get me all squared away and running again without breaking the bank. In today’s world, it’s not every day that we find good, honest people, but Mason sure was.

We recently purchased a home with an above ground pool the previous owners had installed back in 2010 from Crown Pools. I had been going to another pool store for what I needed but decided to check this store out. I went yesterday and the guy who helped me was very kind.
