All work was completed very quickly and professionally. Everyone was easy to work with and applied good common sense. The TPO roof penetrations were all done correctly.

It is a ripoff and I don’t recommend anyone to use them. They came twice because my heater isn’t heating, I asked for them to fix, first time they came they said they wired it for emergency and put it on emergency, it worked on emergency, when the weather improved we put it back to heat mode and it didn’t work, I called them again and they said they had to hard reset. They made me pay for material

We've used Crow's Heat & Air for over a decade and they are prompt, friendly and professional. Our heater stopped working right after the ice storm started, but there was no hesitation on Crow's part to come out to our house to address the issue. I can’t say enough good things about Crow’s Heating and Air. We called them for a second opinion after another company told us we needed a new blower and squirrel cage.
Their technician did a full, proper inspection, including taking the unit apart, and found the issue was simply a loose set screw. He tightened it and the problem was completely resolved.

Tyler came out to do the yearly maintenance on my AC. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I was hoping that Crow’s Heat and Air was a company I would want to have a maintenance program with and I couldn’t be more pleased to do business with them! Definitely recommend them.

Family run business that provides great service. I doubt they are the cheapest nor the most expensive but they do quality work and stand behind it. It’s hard to find a good, honest service companies these days and I can confidently say Crow’s Heat and Air will be my HVAC company for years to come.
