So here we are, almost a year later and I find myself having to amend my previous post below. I did find out that the trees were beyond the property of the apartments so the task of maintaining those trees falls upon the City of Lancaster (shame on you).

The New Year has started out great. We're now under a new management team. Another plus is Nicky is now acting as our full manager she's been great and awesome thus far I truly appreciate her especially helping me work through some of the new changes under the new management company.. Definitely looking forward to an amazing 2026!!

There is a BIG roach issue. They say they will
fumigate but no one ever shows up. I’m always at home and not once has anyone been here. We’ve done deep cleanings and everything possible and when brought up to the staff they do nothing about the issue. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

My child and I absolutely love living at Creekwood Place Apartments. The team here has set the bar so high for apartment living that I don't think we'll ever want to leave.
Nikki and Veronica in the office are truly remarkable. They work so hard every single day to make this a wonderful community for all of us. Their dedication and kindness don't go unnoticed—they always make us feel so welcome.

I applied online but I don’t think they even checked because I got an email next day asking what I was looking to rent. Once I told her I already applied she completely stop responding. I was reaching out no response for days then I get an email asking for more docs. I sent that and never heard from anyone again! I can tell they didn’t want to be bothered they just want your fees it’s a scam! So I

Quick and fast. The work order was handled the next day and I appreciate that. I would also like to add that I have been staying over here 2020 and the experience has been peaceful. Anytime I have an issue Veronica or Nicky handle the situation with empathy and care. The only issue is the water and mud around my parking spot in building 10 but I know they are working on a solution for it really so
