Great customer service. They were very thorough and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using them again. They kept us updated with the time frames. They answered any questions we had. They also double checked things before doing the job.

Creative flooring just put down hard wood floors throughout most of my house. They were able to keep us updated routinely with the time frame. We had a great experience and would use them again.

Had them come measure small dining room about a month ago and never got an estimate answer, called repeatedly to remind them only to have excuse after excuse of why no quote and promise to get it done. Still nothing.....
