Kyle was professional and personable. But more impressively he identified all the problems for me, and indicated these were easy DIY fixes that would only cost me a 10$ tube of sealant and a few minutes of time, versus paying a 250$ service fee for someone else to do it. Kyle Putman and his coworker were extremely thorough!
They let me know before they before they started working.
Plus, let me know when they were done.
They cleaned up everything and they were very courteous!
I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any roofing or construction done in or outside the home.

The entire process from the initial inspection to working with my insurance company and the tear down/rebuild of my roof has been handled with the utmost professionalism. We recently had our roof damaged by a very large limb from one of our Oak trees. Chris did a fantastic job navigating us through the process. Kyle did an incredible job on the material selection, roof repairs, and most importantly customer satisfaction. He absolutely wanted to make certain we were completely satisfied with his work before departing.

We had several roofers come by to look at our roof and because it was a "complicated" situation between solar panels& insurance & the condition of our roof, no one wanted to help us. After Kyle came by and told us what he could do, it was a "no-brainer". He gave us a very reasonable quote and got the job done in a day. We could not be more pleased!

Yesterday I called Craven Roofing to discuss some issues with my roofing. I was scheduled right away and met with Kyle to discuss the issues I was experiencing. Kyle was very knowledgeable and informative and extremely helpful. He outlined most of what he believed, would fix my issues and provide a solution. We’ll see what the price is… I don’t mean that to be disrespectful, just honest.
