ESD Epoxy Flooring (static-dissipative & conductive)— Multi-layer, carbon-loaded epoxy with conductive primer and copper grid/ground points. Installed to meet specified resistance ranges (SD or conductive) with commissioning tests per ANSI/ESD STM7.1 and STM97.1/97.2. Ideal for electronics, labs, defense, and clean assembly in Houston.
ESD Floor Testing & Certification— Commissioning and audit measurements: resistance-to-ground and point-to-point (STM7.1), and walking body voltage (STM97.2) when required. Includes test grid/map, readings, and a signed report with any remediation recommendations.
ESD Sheet/Tile (SDT/ESD vinyl)— Static-dissipative vinyl tile/sheet with approved conductive adhesive, welded seams, and copper strip grounding. Delivered with resistance testing and documentation; common in cleanrooms and healthcare.
ESD Urethane-Cement Flooring (non-epoxy)— Heavy-duty, chemical- and thermal-shock-resistant system with conductive additive for wet or high-abuse areas. Craftsman used grinders across the dining area to create a polished concrete with an awesome salt and pepper finish that highlighted the cool finish of the existing concrete. We recently had the pleasure of working with Craftsman Concrete floors on our home. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. We had a significant stain in the dining area and with their knowledge and expertise, the stain was removed and the entire floor now looks perfect.
