I can’t say enough good things about Noah and Luke. Two days before Christmas our pool motor blew, and they stepped in immediately to help with a last-minute replacement. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they acted fast, and the issue was fully remediated and fixed exactly to my liking. Extremely disappointed with this company. A professional should be checking chemicals, not just relying on the salt system's readings. They let my salt levels get dangerously high, up to 6000 ppm, which has led to more costly issues I now have to pay for.

I called Cox Pool Company this morning to schedule an appointment for leak detection. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone and then messaged me later same day and said they could fit me in to take a look at it. Mr. Cox arrived same afternoon and within minutes identified the problem and fixed it right on the spot. Mr. Cox was friendly and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease.
