I don't know what you drivers are gripping about but my experience here was great getting unloaded. You do need to stage across the street to get ready to unload though is all because the lot is kinda small and I recommend only 2 trucks at a time to leave work/maneuver room for lift operators and their other customers to get around. Other than that if you're nice to them they'll be nice back so my

Don't come here with a dry van and expect to be unloaded on time. Had a 7 am appointment. Got here the night before and parked across the street. Went and checked in 10 minutes before 7. Was told they would come get me by 9. All flat bed are being taken care of first. It's now 9:45 and still waiting. Went to try and see how much longer and was yelled at and told to go back to my truck. Disrespectf

I have a drywall delivery here i got here 7:05am . 2 hours I'm already with tarps off , straps off inside their lot and they don't even start unloading their product . Truckers we have ELD you guys are wasting our time . Prevent us loosing the load behind yours .....

So if you are delivery here do not pull in when you arrive. Park in Phillips 66 across road, check in with fork lift operator and they will direct you from there. They will have you untarp across street then call you in at their discretion. It's first come first serve. You will have to wait a bit if they are loading their company trucks and customers. Easy access truck stop across street.

They do not care about outside trucks. Sat there for 5 hours waiting to get unloaded. 2 trucks were already there. The slowest forklift drivers I have ever seen. You can definitely tell they get paid by the hour. The ones in DFW are so much better than this. Thanks for screwing up my day. Because of I sat there for so long waiting to get unloaded I wont make it re-load. Someone should remind them
