I am beyond disappointed with the "service" from Coventry Homes. Once they have your money, they seemingly stop answering emails. I have been fighting for weeks to get basic warranty repairs completed at my property, only to be met with radio silence.
The current state of my "new" home:
The Oven: Completely non-functional after a botched repair attempt. I cannot cook in my own home.

Everything has been great, and we love our new somerset floor plan home. Dakota made the process so easy for us as first time home buyers.

I do NOT recommend Coventry Homes. They build a pretty shotty home due to their poor attention to detail, poor contracting workmanship, terrible customer service and response. They have no problem canceling your contract and taking your earnest money. I have never heard so many ridiculous excuses in my life from Coventry sales, project management and warranty teams. Buyer please beware!

Stephanie M. was great to work with on the sales side and was very attentive and friendly navigating through the home buying process, and Matt (warranty) specialist also was a pleasure to work with while we moved into our new home and settled things in.

I do work in this neighborhood for Coventry Homes, as well as work for seven of the other National home builders. The quality and the attention to detail is everything to this Builder and it shows in the quality homes they build. If you're looking for a quality build home Coventry Homes is the people to call.
