Bi-annual maintenance visit was great. Courteous and skilled technician completed all heater maintenance and changed out my filters in under an hour. I have the monthly service agreement so no cost for the maintenance visits.

Our a/c stopped working late one afternoon recently. We called Coventry and Gattis for repair. In the heat of summer we knew it might take a while for a repair tech to come out. We were pleasantly surprised that Buck was able to come out that same evening. He did a great job quickly solving the problem and got our a/c up and running again.
