This pool company operates out of a residential home in the Rancho Vista community, 7501 Fort Griffen Corpus Christi, Texas. It violates zoning laws and HOA rules. The garage contains hazardous chemicals. Drive by and see for yourself. This Cortez Pool is not a business you can trust for your pool installation or maintenance.

I’m very satisfied with this company!! I called Cortez Pools to service my parents pool as they are elderly and cannot do it themselves. Simon and Drew come out weekly and are always on time and always communicate with me about the conditions of the pool. I’ve been through several companies in the past but Cortez Pools have been the best !!

I highly recommend this pool service. Simon came out to take control of my pool after the previous company screwed me over. This company is very transparent and competitive in price. I recommend this company to anyone looking for their pool maintenance needs!

Had called them replace a gaskets that shown signs of leaking the past few weeks. So They made multiple trips to come out and install new gasket, but was still leaking the day after i came back and looked at the pool pump. Called them again and they said they needed to change out more parts internally cause that’s why it might still be leaking. Paid the extra money and got them replaced, but was t

Our pool was never super clean and they left our water on for 5 days straight with a $600 water bill and will not take responsibility for their mistake. This is a second home and NO ONE was there but them, we have proof on our cameras and also the city was able to tell us when water was turned on. Exact time as cameras. Beware!
