Jordan did an absolutely amazing job on our 30 year old carpet! He explained the process thoroughly, checked in with me a few times during the process to be sure he was doing what I was expecting to be done (and check over his work), and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He got out strains out I didn't think possible. I'm very pleased with how my carpets look.

The technician did a good job cleaning my upholstery. But I was told it would only take about 4 hours for it to dry. It has been 12 hours, and it is still pretty wet. Also, I was charged was quite a bit more than initial quote, eventhough the technician finished earlier than he expected because my furniture was "not that bad".
