I am renting a house build by this company and just moving to Texas I'm so glad I know now to not buy a home built by them. This home is only 8 years old and it is build so badly and CHEAP. To be honest I dont have enough room to list the amount of major issues. Biggest red flag is it already has huge foundation cracks. Glad to learn this before buying a home here.

Cormier Homes recently roofed my home and replaced windows. I’m so very pleased with their performance. The roof job is beautiful. The window replacement flawless. I had no idea how happy I’d be with new windows. This is a 50 year old home, my windows were single pane. When they pulled them the gaskets just fell apart. I fought dust in this house. We had Cormier Homes do some remodeling in our home. They took out our old outdated wallpaper in two bathrooms, the dining room and kitchen then replaced with texture in both bathrooms and updated the wallpaper in the dining room and kitchen. Cormier's general foreman Jeff B. also had his crew paint the cabinets and put in new counter tops in the kitchen. They really did an awesome job. Jeff's

I would never buy another house from Cormier again. Nothing but trouble since I moved in. Lower quality house. No care was given to make sure things would last. I lived in a previous home that the contractor took care it was made with good quality items. Cormier cared more about selling the house than building it with good care for the homeowner.
