Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, but our experience with Cooper Installation wasn’t anything close to the previously mentioned issues.

Complete disappointment from start to finish.
The most frustrating part of this experience is that although Home Depot hires this company, I ended up doing all the follow-up, coordination, and clarification on work that should have been managed by the installers themselves. I oversee 4–5 flooring replacements every month, and I have never encountered this level of disorganization.

had a very disappointing experience with Cooper Installation. During the job, they broke my TV, and despite multiple calls and texts with Gabbi, nothing has been done to make it right. They also left excess carpet dumped in front of my house, which is completely unprofessional.
I’ve followed up several times, and I’ve been patient and reasonable, but it’s now clear they have no intention of fixin

The installation was terrible. I took a vacation day from work so we could have it installed. The installers showed up, one of them started ripping out the old carpet and the other guy left multiple times, coming back with nothing (very odd). They never did a walk through after the install. Came in and said they were done have a great day and were gone. We did have all the furniture moved for them

We booked through Home Depot and they did a phenomenal job!! Showed up at 9:20 & left at 11:30. They did 3 bedrooms and a hallway closet. They were all very kind and wore shoe covers on top of laying mats down since we try to keep no shoes in the house. Our master has a seam due to the size of our room, but you can’t find it. They were very careful around our wall decor and didn’t cause any damage

Not only did they not install my simple carpet job incorrectly, they also damaged brand new cabinetry and baseboards. Their offer to repair the damage seemed more like intimidation. They said they would need to have multiple estimates saying, “it’s going to take a lot of your time and effort if you really want it fixed” and “these things happen”

Cooper installation services came to install carpet in our house. They were sent by the home installation services at home depot.
After they finished the work and left, the walls closet, and other items in the whole house had gotten dirty. They didn't cover the up vents, walls or floor. When I asked them about it, they said yes you should expect the house to be get dirty after the work is done. I
