I had cool kids replace my water heater. However many years ago, whoever built the house thought that under the AC was a good idea, and they put in this tiny one for a 3Bedroom/2Bath house, so it was time to replace it and relocate it to the garage.

I wanted to find an HVAC service company that was local and would shoot straight, and Cool Kids fits the bill perfectly. This is the first time I used Cool Kids AC services. I was not disappointed by the tech (Lance) who explained things in a professional and courteous manner. I would recommend them to other customers. The one thing I explain to Lance was the difficulty it was to schedule an appointment. I think there was a glitch in the phone system and this may need to be address.

I called to ask for an estimate on a osmosis tank pressure refill and was answer promptly and they even send a technician the same day. The technician was polite and took a look at the tank and refill the pressure at no Charge. Will definitely use their service in the future.
