Christian and her team just completed updating our downtown condo. As usual, they were great from selecting cabinetry colors, flooring and fixtures to painting, installation and grouting. Everything looks fresh and new. We highly recommend!

Christian at Convict Hill Floor was amazing. I was lost and had been to a few other stores with no success. Christian was so friendly and helpful. Everything feel into place. We used Convict Hill Floor Covering for a complete master bath and closet remodel. They were amazing to work with! Christian and Courtney were very communicative throughout the process and always quick to respond to questions. Everyone who worked on the remodel was friendly, professional and dependable. I will absolutely be using them again for future house projects.

We had Christian come out and estimate all new flooring for our downstairs due to our last company completely screwing everything up. Convict Hill just finished our floor, and it looks fabulous and was done professionally, correctly, and quickly. I've worked with Christian and Convict Hill Flooring twice now for major flooring projects. I have zero complaints! Both experiences have been as good as it gets. Christian hires great workers who are dependable, professional, considerate and know their stuff! I would have no hesitations hiring Convict Hill again!

Just this last year during the holidays, in our hour of need, the owner of the business personally responded promptly to our call, quickly surveyed the situation and dispatched the appropriate trades-who quickly and professionally resolved our problem. We have worked with Christian and her team for several projects over the years and this is the fourth extensive project we have done with her. We keep returning to Convict Hill for several reasons: 1.) she uses good quality products, 2.) she is a good communicator, 3.) she does what she says and in the time frame she lays out, 4.) the people working for her are very professional and are the best
