This is the second time I’ve used Connally Plumbing in New Braunfels and I was very pleased with their customer service and work. Most recently, my water heater was leaking from the copper piping and causing a mess in my garage. I called Connelly on a Friday morning, and a few hours later they were able to come by and get the leak fixed in under an hour. They replaced the copper piping and fitting

Ramon came out yesterday to replace a pressure regulator valve, and needed to come back today to replace a malfunctioning water softener. Because we had a full schedule, (today) Ramon asked if it would be ok to arrive earlier than normal business hours to accommodate our already scheduled appointments. How amazing is that!

Evan and Hunter did a great job! This is the third time I needed Connolly Plumbing to help me. Every instance, they arrived on time and completed the work quickly and very professionally. The work has been top quality and at a reasonable price. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

Fantastic experience from the initial phone call all the way to the service techs leaving. I called Friday morning and had my leaking hot water heater repaired within 1 & 1/2 hours! The woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, friendly and direct. She got me set up with a same day appointment (on a Friday) then called me back with an even earlier availability. Connally Plumbing is terrific! Chad came out a few weeks ago to repair a stubbornly clogged sink and address an issue with an outdoor bib. He was very knowledgeable, and courteous. He fixed everything and explained the work that was done.

I highly recommend Connally Plumbing Inc, they did a fantastic job and problem solved my water leak. Justin L and Josh worked their tails off digging multiple trenches four feet deep for more than five hours to find a small leak in a PVC pipe that was spilling close to 400 gallons of water an hour.
