We hired Concho Valley Foundation to work on our foundation a few months ago. With the age of our home, we knew it would never be 100% level. However, we fully expected a thorough job.
The positive: they did come out when we were not satisfied and did a better job
The negative:
1. Communication is poor after the initial foundation service
2. If you need adjustments made as per the warrant

Recommended tunneling work that was not needed - $1000.
Subpar job requiring multiple warranty visits - free after the $2000-3000.
Not showing up for the last warranty visit and my floors sagging and support beams cracking - priceless.
Use someone else.

Jesse and his guys have done an amazing job fixing our foundation. They have completed in a short time and they clean up very well. We appreciate the work they have done fixing the last companies mistakes. We will recommend them in the future.

They came to level the house and to add support to the foundation, they did add support but couldn’t level it, it actually got worse than before. We asked them to give us a discount because they couldn’t do the leveling, but they still charged us the full amount and the workers left some trash and debris all over the yard.

On 7/29, Ross Davis performed an outstanding on-site evaluation for a foundation issue at my home. Punctual, professional and superbly knowledgeable of his trade... absolutely the finest consultation I've ever received from any potential contractor. I thank Ross and this company for the excellent customer service.

The process was easy and efficient. The secretary was a bit on the testy side but we got through it. Workers did amazing job supporting my 100 year old house floor. They had to crawl under the house. Good price.
