This local garage door company has always done a great job. This time they came out the same day and the tech, Roshon, was awesome. They even sent his picture with the appointment confirmation so I knew who to expect. He was very professional with great customer service skills. Complete Overhead fixed my garage door same day. Service provided by Cord. He was extremely patient when explaining to me all the issues with the door and what he needed to do to fix it. The dollars were adding up but he wasn’t a pushy sales person. He was funny, quick, and didn’t mind helping me move things around in the garage. Highly recommend Cord and Gus!

Great service. Technician was friendly and professional. Upfront about prices and options to fix the garage door. I have never used this company but the previous homeowners had a sticker in the garage. I was nervous, however there is no reason to be. Reasonable prices and gave price before any work started.

I have used their services in the past.
Bruce was well prepared and indicated what he would fix. Although no parts were changed I felt the total cost was overpriced.
5 stars for the work done.
Work was done yesterday prior to the incoming winter storm, did not shop around.
