Michael and his crew sanded and stained our wood floors, prepped and painted the room and trim. His respectful team cleaned up daily, finished the work in the timeframe promised (for half of what I thought it might cost) and I’ve been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years. I’m really glad Gerald Lamar referred Col P to us. I’ll hire Michael for the next job, if he’s not booked up. So keep

My experience with Col P. Services: My initial call and all other communications were expedient. It was easy and quick to schedule an estimate consult. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job of installing my carport! 😁 There were no surprise add on costs. What was quoted is what I paid. Everyone involved was professional, kind, friendly, hard working and set the bar high for integrity. I give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are new to Austin. Col P Services was recommended to us by a friend. Our first time using them was for a plumbing issue. We were able to schedule and have the problem fixed very quickly and affordably. We’ll be calling on them, again!

Michael and his team did a very high quality, fast job installing a Tesla charger in my garage at my residence. The communications were excellent, they were on time, professional and left the home in better condition than they found it with a thoughtful paint job not only around the install but of the entire wall to fresh it up and make it all look brand new. We had our house painted just now, with all the walls, doors and trim work. We were very pleased with the final outcome and the quote was competitive. Michael and his crew were absolutely fantastic! They constructed a home office for us so I can work from home now that we have a newborn baby, and they did an absolutely fantastic job.
