Not happy with the cleaning this time around. I've used Coit multiple times and every time they've done a fantastic job and I've been so impressed. This time the guy did the quickest cleaning ever. I can still see streaks on my couch, spots did not come out and he completely missed 2 cushions. High praise for COIT! The scheduling online was super easy and Victor was AMAZING! He communicated with us prior to the appointment on his timing and gave us fantastic suggestions. Gilbert Garcia was very timely and accommodating and did a good job on my drapery cleaning. Thank heaven for the coupon because the initial estimate was very expensive. It was still more expensive than I had hoped but worth it not to have to replace or take down and cart to a cleaning establishment.
