Philip at Clifton’s Carpet came highly recommended by a local installer, and I can see why. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful as we tried to find the right carpet for our less-than-perfect wood stairs. He answered every question, let us keep samples as long as we needed, and offered honest advice when we were unsure.

This has by far been one of my worst experiences so far in this industry. The staff is very prompt and reliable until you pay your deposit. After that, forget about it. You will be the one constantly after them, following up, trying to figure things out. You would think the owner would care, no, not really. Everyone is pure talk, constantly overpromising and underdelivering. Half the time they do

I worked with Courtney she was amazing! She came out and measured and we got our carpet installed within 2 weeks. Courtney was great and alot of fun!

This place has a fantastic selection of wall to wall and area carpets and flooring. The knowledgeable people that run it give outstanding help and and very fair prices in helping you select and make decorating decisions!

I would not recommend. Installed incorrect color on runner. They said they would discount final bill and negotiate with me. Instead they ran my credit card without permission for the total. Purchase order proves the install was incorrect.
