Clean Touch was excellent to work with. Jessica was very responsive with setting up our scheduled date (which I had to move due to weather) and Shelby did a terrific job dealing with some stubborn stains we thought would not come out. Overall very pleased and highly recommend them.

We paid $550 on August 11th to have our carpets cleaned in Salado, after a move out. The end result was so horrible (before looked so much better), that we are now paying to have the carpets replaced.

If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would. I called Clean Touch Carpet Services needing an appointment asap and the owner was able to get David his technician supervisor out to my house quickly. David actually was able to show up 2 hours before my scheduled appointment! He was polite and professional and I will be using this company every 3-6 months.

My father had cancer and was with me and hospice for his last days, but as a result he made many messes, one such was Chocolate mocha Ensure, it was thick and stained. These guys came in and used an anti bacterial solution as well. They did a great job. Got the urine smell out, and the stains are gone. My carpet looks new again. Thank you! Quick and efficient and didn’t make a mess.

Mr. Dakota and the rest of the this amazing company, thank you SO much for making my home beautiful again! Service was outstanding! Called literally yesterday in the afternoon and they came within 24 hours and cleaned 6 rooms in 2 hours! Best cleaning service ever! I had a big couch with cat piss and they were able to eradicate the smell and make my couch new again! Customer service is on point, cleaning service is perfect and the whole process is very detailed and staff overall are very friendly. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for couch cleaning to go to them!
