Talk about patience! Melody allowed us to walk as many homes as we desired. Her recommendations were always helpful. Then afterwards while the home was in construction, we would drive back up to go look at the model again. She would just flash that wonderful smile and walk us to the house “and give us a moment “. 😁.

We are at the very start of our process and just looking but Melody was amazing! She was so helpful and kind, we looked at many different houses on site plus she was willing to show us some on the website that weren’t on the lot. Very honest, very reliable, and knew what she was doing! If you’re looking, definitely go here between Melody and the manager it was all around amazing!

Saying Melody is the best doesn’t even come close. She was so patient with us and made our first home buying experience unbelievably smooth from start to finish. We always felt supported and informed. I would choose her again a thousand times without question!

Very cheap materials ! I bought a mobile home and the parts between the wall is coming out, they use a little glue and that's it, my floor makes noise when you walk around,.someone came to fix but more problems I found, also the air conditioner in 1 room is not working cause the design of the house doesn't allow it. I bought a farm house and now there's nothing I can do. By the way I had to buy

I don't know what I should start with. Between the lack of knowledge the company has selling land /home packages through the financing parts to the month(s) wait for their preferred contractors clearing the land and building the home pad. I've never had a longer more pain in the ass time than dealing with and continuing to deal with Clayton homes of Huntsville.

Luis rivera is super knowledgeable and helpful,he's also bilingual which helped so much with my parents being Spanish speaking only. And he showed true interest in getting us a home that will truly make a great fit. Definitely recommend this location. Ask for Luis Rivera if you want the best deals !
