Garrett was great-he discovered the issue was not the control board but a bad thermostat. Since we were adding Nests thermostats every thing worked perfectly! Garrett was so personable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He performed out semi-annual service as well. I am extremely satisfied with his service. The folks who contacted on the phone were also very helpful!

Charles Moshier checked out our heat pump unit to determine if the air conditioning was working properly. It appears refrigerant is required and he will be returning to take care of that. I liked Charles and the way he went about his business. Knows what he is doing and communicates clearly what is needed and the cost involved. This makes it easy to recommend Charles and Classic ABC

We were long‑time (6+ years) customers of Classic Heating and Air with a monthly subscription for discounted service and twice‑a‑year maintenance. Our most recent experience completely broke our trust.
