The entire process of buying and owning a clarity home has been a great regret.
We have lived in our home for four years and a year and two months into living in our home the floors started peeling/coming up. Now every single space of the home has peeling/shifting floors. It took just over a year to start happening and once it started it quickly spread over the entire home.

We bought a Clarity home earlier this year and have been so happy with it! Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the house we wanted and move in quickly. The communication and process went so smoothly and she was always there to answer questions if we had them. We love Nikki and she’s a huge reason why we live where we do and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision!

During the final walkthrough last year, my wife and I were told by Clarity they would come back in a year to address any issues based on the warranty in the sales contract. We submitted three warranty requests earlier this week.
