I’ve worked with this company twice, and both experiences were flat-out terrible.
The first time, I needed our fire curbs properly restored. They were badly flaking, and I specifically asked for sandblasting before repainting. Instead of providing the service I requested, the salesperson talked me out of sandblasting—almost like they just didn’t want to bother with the harder work. The

Amazing service! I work in an office/warehouse building and you can imagine all the dust and grime! We have partnered with CityWide for the entirety of my tenure which is coming up on 8 years. They have always been responsive, available and ready. Over the years, the turnover has been challenging and the 2 bright spots throughout this have been Mike Saenz who was one of our previous reps and now Marco Gutierrez who has been awesome. We have a new facility under way and he has helped us immensely
