Purchasing a home this year, consider CB JENI. I purchased my town home with my realtor and Melanie. Melanie was really great at answering all my questions and getting me into a home. It’s new construction so it comes with some cons, like ongoing construction. Often the construction crews block the alley way despite signs being posted for them not to, and lots of trash left on your lawn from the c
